I have not and will not patronize this establishment. I was eating dinner at a neighboring restaurant and was told my car would be towed for parking in their lot. Mind you it was 8:20 PM, long after this coffee cart closed. 

It's quite possible (although unlikely) that this place has the best coffee in Fairbanks. I will never know because I opt to not patronize businesses run by people who behave in ways described above.
