I've been eating at Nim's at least 1-2 times a week for nearly two years now, so it's no surprise that it's my favorite Thai place in town. They've got a great variety of menu options, and when ordering for takeout it's never taken longer than 20 minutes. The service is fast, courteous, and reliable. The atmosphere is very warm and authentic, not trying to be super fancy, and thankfully the prices reflect that! The value for what you get is amazing. This will always be my go-to Thai food restaurant!

Me and my wife love this place! Probably the best Thai food in Fairbanks. Summer time it can be a little warm there and winters a little cold. Its an older building and that is expected I suppose.

Better than most restaurants in town with consistent quality and taste at each visit. Shrimp can be fishy sometimes (aka not 'fresh') but their spicy option actually has spice to it - which is nice.
