Chef Amit Paul is a Master Chef from Ranchi, India. Amit brings 26 years of culinary experience from across India to Fairbanks, Alaska. He worked under Imitiaz Qureshi, the Master Chef at ITC Hotels, and learned the Dum Pukht tradition of cuisine.
At Hari Om Cuisine of India we have combined our favorite cuisines from our homes into food we love. Pulling flavors and techniques from the Northwest Frontier region of India to Fairbanks, Alaska, we have created a fresh yet authentic experience. This is not your average Indian Bu et. We serve health concious food and never use food colors or MSG. The food retains all of it’s natural aromas. It becomes imbued with the richness of flavors that distinguishes the cuisine. There are several vegetarian, cream-free, and gluten-free options. The curry blends are ground in-house. The ingrediants are always fresh, and the flavor is always crave worthy.
At Hari Om Cuisine of India we have uniquely made the Thali a cornerstone of the menu. It is a stainless steel platter with little bowls consisting of a wide variety of di erent dishes providing nutrition, texture, flavors, and colors for a complete meal. These Thalis include the aromatic and healthy ingredients long identified in India as having cleansing and repairing properties.
