京園小館為顧坤斌先生於1998年所創立。早期，京園為一間吃合菜的餐廳，頗受顧客好評。
牛肉麵是一道很有個性的料理，天冷了，來碗熱湯下肚暖胃䁔心吧，2005年，顧先生結合幾位股東，突破傳統麵店經營，牛肉麵、各式簡餐、加上台式泡沫紅茶文化，創立京園牛肉麵，在加拿大溫哥華地區大受歡迎，尤其是以牛骨、中藥材及多種疏菜熬煮的牛肉湯深受當地顧客喜愛。我們的行業是以客為尊的態度為顧客提供道地美食。
