I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Alexis Braun, whose professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. After experiencing ongoing issues with my incorrectly recorded email address, an error I had tried to correct three separate times with two other receptionists, Alexis was the first person who took the time to listen carefully, verify the information, and resolve the problem fully.nnHer patience, clear communication, and genuine willingness to help made an immediate difference. Thanks to Alexis, I finally began receiving important messages from my doctor without any further complications.nnIt is rare to encounter someone who combines competence with such kindness, and I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service she provided. Alexis turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding work.

Dr. Grasic is a great Dr. but it is impossible to book an appointment over the phone. I had called multiple times for last three days, no answer and voicemail. So I had to walk to the clinic for my son to book appointment. When asked to receptionist about phone not being answered she said it was not possible when there are 3000 calls. Totally unprofessional.

Dr. Grasic is an amazing doctor. He listens to his patients and their health concerns, and follows through with the needed steps. Very polite and professional, doesn’t rush you out of the office. Also, it is very helpful and convenient that Dr. Grasic can sometimes make phone call appointments , this way people can still go to work and don’t need to take a whole day off for a doctor’s appointment. Staff was also always very nice and helpful to me.

Dr Durocher has been a godsend to my family. You could not ask for a more attentive physician. He takes the time to address you as a whole. as opposed to one ailment. I appreciate his attention to detail more than Anyone can imagine.

I have been Dr. Ricciardi's patient for several years and have had several major issues he has seen and treated me for. I want to highlight the great qualities this doctor has. He is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, attentive and listens to all the medical issues I bring forward, not just one, like most other doctors I hear about. This has a cost, which is timing. Sometimes, one has to wait as he takes time not only with me but with all his patients. However, that is a small price to pay and I would say an insignificant one when we are talking about the most important asset any person has, our health. It is an immense blessing to have Dr. Ricciardi for my family doctor. This is also the opinion of several of his patients that I know of. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life!
