Dr. Lukings and his staff are AMAZING!!! So easy to talk to. Never any problems getting in for appointments, even on short notice. After hours (even after the clinic is closed), you are able to speak directly to a doctor through their answering service... the after hours doctor put my mind at ease at midnight and advised me accordingly. HIGHLY recommended!!!! Catherine MacDonald :)

Professional all the way. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Waiting area is a bit of a bummer but whatever! Great physicians!

Front desk is awful and pretty much can never see the dr as they fill residents and ruse practitioners first.... and you try and mention how badly you get treated by the front desk is and they refuse to see you anymore... wow!

Love my McMaster Niagara Health team . They have taken care of me and my son for years now. That are very professional and are there for you ALWAYS!

Absolutely love my doctor but find it extremely unprofessional that they don't answer their phones "wednesday afternoons". Also they give me the whole run around while trying to make an appointment.
