Pelham Walk-In Clinic

I was just turned away with a sick child, called before coming and wasn't told anything about the clinic not taking anymore pts. ( called 15 min before arriving) not very curtious to make someone drive out in bad weather than when they arrive turn them away. Secretary didnt seem to have any care, just said we are closing soon and walked away, when I said I just called she shrugged her shoulder....

Dr. Stark has no bed side manner. Told him I had been sick for three weeks. Told him I was prescribed something that isn't working. He was extremely rude to me and had no empathy at all. Made me put in a test request for something these is no way I have. Always ask who the doctor is before seeing one. If it's Dr. Stark, go elsewhere

This was the closest clinic to me. I went this morning, Christmas Eve, so sick, being there 10 minutes early and there is already 10 people ahead of me. I was told would be 3 hour wait. Turned out a second Doctor arrived right at 9:00 to help out for awhile and I was out by 9:35. Kudos to the very friendly staff, Dr. Brian Sui and Dr. Singh (I believe was his name) Thank You Pelham clinic team!

Went in at 7:40pm on a Wednesday night for my daughters ear infection i got turned away receptionist said they where closed . Went back the next day at 7:30pm ( i work till 7pm and this is the only walk in clinis sopose to be open till 8pm) and was told the same thing "we are closed now due to high clients at the moment . Nobody was in waiting room . They say they are sopose to be open till 8pm but apparently not!

I use this clinic often and am still waiting for upgrades on accessibility. Many of the doors into the offices are glass and I have been close to smashing them with my electric chair, as there are no buttons. The wood doors are heavy and again, with no buttons. I am hoping the owner will take the time toinvest in some upgrades.
