Niagara Falls Nissan

I drove in from Oshawa, on a Saturday to look at a used Frontier. It was a little far, but the truck was filling all the checks on my list. The sales rep I dealt with on the phone was Sean, and he was awesome. And he impressed me more and more when I finally arrived. I had never dealt with a sales person and felt so relaxed. By the end of our test drive, we were chatting like buds. We bartered a little (and jovially) on the price, and, I bought the truck that Saturday. But we missed the Ontario Services office, so I couldn't get it licensed and tagged and on the road that day. And to my surprise, to save me the return drive all the way from Oshawa. That Monday night Sean drove my truck to meet me at a halfway point. No sales man anywhere would do that. If you go to Niagara Nissan to look for a deal, do not ask for Sean Fowler.......Insist upon him. Thanks Niagara Nissan, and thanks again Sean, I could not be more impressed. M.King. Shuttle driver is a complete moron! Drives around on his cell phone, cuts people off while pulling out of local businesses and blows through stop lights. Do you think people in this city aren't going to notice? This guy gives Niagara falls Nissan a bad name 👎

I have had my car serviced at places like Canadian Tire and other independently owned shops, but none of them have even come close to the customer service and quality of work I have received at Nissan Niagara Falls! I am constantly blown away by them. They are always up front, trustworthy and work with you to ensure that your car is running optimally. Not only will I continue to bring my car there, I will also be buying my next car from the dealership. Cannot stress enough how amazing their service department is - they truly go above and beyond for their customers.
