Dr. Newmark is a Board Certified, University trained Skin Specialist who has been practicing in the Binghamton area for over 30 years.
Dermatology includes the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the skin, hair and nails. Common skin diseases include acne, warts, psoriasis, contact dermatitis, hives and eczema. Most skin diseases can be treated with skin (topical) medications, oral medications and/or light therapy (phototherapy). Each person is different and the treatment is individually tailored for your condition. Our office also utilizes an Excimer laser which is an excellent way to treat patients who have localized stubborn psoriasis and vitiligo.
Dermatologists also diagnose and treat skin growths and tumors. Many outpatient surgical and medical procedures are available.
Our practice also offers a wide range of noninvasive cosmetic and skin rejuvenation procedures.
