Dr Rasheed is awesome! He’s been incredibly helpful and kind and the office staff are all very friendly too. The only thing I don’t like is that appointments get pushed back because there’s so many bookings made

After suffering with migraines and fibro for years, Dr.Rasheed has helped me so much. Jennifer is awesome and she does my trigger point injections. Nate takes care of refilling my medications. I highly recommend Dr. RASHEED and travel over an hour to get to my appointments. I would travel 8 hours if needed, they are that good and have helped me so much.

The Dr's are pleasant, but, the phone etiquette needs improvement. They need to appoint personnel to separate positions, ie.phone, check-in, check- out. If they already do that, it's not showing. It's time for a new office manager. Priorities need to be re-established. When people call, you need to be able to help them without putting them on hold. If you don't have enough personnel, hire another. It's important to have office personnel that care about their service to the patients, in this office, customer service needs improvement.

After 8 months of going there for treatment, and a diagnosis of post concussion syndrome, I was told that they don't treat concussion patients. I was told "sorry, we can't help you."
