Endwell Family Physicians - Walk In

There’s nothing worse than feeling sick. I have never gone to a walk-in that was so organized so fast and so clean. I was glad I wasn’t around anyone else too. Staff was kind friendly and compassionate. My doctor was thorough and was able to diagnose me and send me on my way. I am already feeling better. Thank you Endwell Family!

I seriously love Endwell Family in general all 4 of my children recently switched over as well as my husband and I. Ive only been to the walk in part once but if was a doctor that neither my 3 year old or myself had ever met or seen and he was just as amazing as our primary physician l. My daughter needed liquid stitches she had deep cut by her eyebrow from falling at school and she did great because they are all so friendly and welcoming it's like going to a family members house or something. And they almost everything you could need right there on the premise so no having to go to hospital for different testings or anything. I am very pleased and encourage anything thinking about it to just go there and see for your self!

I had to take my 8 month old to the walk-in for respiratory issues. They were able to get him right in. We saw Matt Demtrak. He was absolutely amazing! So kind and reassuring and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and was so gentle with my baby. The nurses were attentive and kind as well. Definitely recommend Endwell Family.

When a patient checks in there needs to be some warmth. A smile, eye contact would be nice. Maybe communicate what you need to check us in by speaking to us. Remember we are patients and don’t work there day in, day out so we don’t know the routine. Besides we are sick and not feeling our best.

Went to the walk-in because I thought I was having an allergic reaction. Eye and face swollen. Got me in quickly. Saw Dr Harris. Great bed dive manor. Took his time talking / explaining. Singles was the cause. Got script. He told me to see the eye doctor. I did. All good. Great experience.

I think that the respiratory clinic is such an asset for our community! I needed to be seen on Saturday, I called and they got me in right away. The staff is caring, efficient and thorough. Matt, the nurse practitioner, was so caring, and truly listened to my symptoms of concerns! I will definitely recommend this clinic!

My family and i had our forst experience at EFP yesterday. I really like that there are so many physicians there. I really like that they have a nice large office and plenty of Staff. Everyone was friendly and they didn't bat an eye about taking us on as new patients. I like that we can wait in the comfort of our car and that they sent a check in link and gave us a time so we were able to leave and get food and come back and not have to wait too long in a stuffy waiting room. Annie was wonderdul with our 6 year old son who has anxiety at doctors. She was super good with handling his anxiety and very kid friendly and had a wonderful personality. I told her that had a ruptured ear 7 months ago so she immediately checked it and she Said that it looks great and it's healing well. She told me there isn't even any scar tissue. She gave me alot of relief on that! She said his throat looked streppy but the cough was a concern and for the sake of knowing exactly what he has we did strep, covid, and flu swabs just to rule out the other Two and make sure. I was very happy with how thorough she was. Usually I leave doctors feeling like why did I come here? I'm happy that I got actual results within an hour and knew exactly what's going on so we could get him better. Also when I told her what I've been doing at home she affirmed that I was doing everything right and it's exactly what she would have told me to do and that was very nice to get that reassurance that I'm doing a good job. This is the most comfortable I've been with a doctors office since my lifelong primary retired and honestly the over all experience was probably the best I've had at any Healthcare place period. It's very convincing to be able to now have one office for our whole family instead of the kids going somewhere and my husband and I somewhere else. I am looking forward to them handling all our primary and walk in care!

Very long wait times in the waiting room and in the exam room. Hard to reach by phone as well. Especially with young toddlers. Would've liked a more approximate time on waiting times. Also don't like being nervous to go there with any sort of cough or sniffle without being told to go out to my car and be seen at the respiratory clinic.

Betsy Perry was the best practitioner ever! She made me so comfortable and I knew I’d walk out feeling better after her care. 10/10 so professional and caring.

I can’t say enough about EFP. I have had nothing but positive experiences when I go there or call for an appointment. I woke up very sick with a fever and I called and the receptionist quickly made me an appointment with the respiratory clinic. My past experience with other providers Lourdesthey would argue with you about seeing someone that same day especially after a holiday. The nurse and NP Van Ingen were very compassionate and took my temperature 104 and gave me Tylenol. They tested me for Covid, RSV and flu. Prescribed Tamaflu. They promptly called me and told me I was positive for flu. I started feeling better that day. They also called me later in the evening to see how I was doing. This group is committed to patient care and this has been such a refreshing experience for me. I’m very grateful to have a provider that I know will be there for me when I need them.
