He is a great doctor. The staff is also great. Love the changes they made to their office in Norwich NY, They now have coffee, soda and munchies. It makes the office more comforting and friendly. More doctors offices should try this approach. While your waiting either have a nice beverage or snack while you wait.

The receptionists are always cheerful. Staff keeps you informed when an issue comes up, or if they are running late. Dr Harris is always upbeat and takes his time with each patient. Great office. Deb

Dr Harris has a great manner about him. He cares! He is of course knowledgeable and willing to explain AND listen! I heartily recommend Dr Harris to all in need of the above qualities in a doctor.

I had been fortunate to have had a referral to a specialty unit that Dr.Harris works at and it was a good experience. Having been thru World Trade Center and such, I am always having to go thru specialty testing procedure and it is rough, but Dr. Harris disarmed the situation and put me at ease. Nowadays, this is not the norm for whatever reason, but it is good that I was assigned to Dr.Harris for treatment. Thank you to UHS / Lourdes Hospital Group for hiring such a person that truly puts others first, and obviously believes and puts into practice the old credo of, "physician do no harm." It was a good day, with more to come God willing.

Very pleased with my visit to Dr. Harris' office. He took his time explaining my problem, did not rush at all even though he had a waiting room full of patients to see.

Dr. Harris is a very caring and personable Oncologist. I would not have gotten through my chemo without him.

Dr. Harris is a very down-to-earth physician who really cares about his patients. He came to my appointment having read my extensive file but without formulating opinions. He asked me for the information and wanted to know what I had been told and how I had understood it. Not in a hurry to run a lot of useless tests, he wants to make sure nothing gets repeated if it is unnecessary. A smart doctor with a great bed-side manor whom I will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs a hematologist.

Dr Harris is an excellent/knowledgeable doctor -- very personable with patients -- explains situation thoroughly and answers all questions.

This doctor is also awesome. Even though he is a very very busy doctor he will take the time to explain your treatment plan and answer all of your questions and your concerns. The staff he has is also awesome. I would highly recommend him for your onocology care. I have been blessed with awesome doctors on my journey threw dealing with cancer.

Dr. Harris is warm, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know me and answer my questions. I never felt rushed and I definitely felt that he was listening. I highly recommend Dr. Harris and the Broom Oncology staff.
