New Fusion Restaurant

Food 5/5: This is the best chinese restaurant in the area. I recommend their seafood and sweet & sour pork - all their other dishes are great too. Traditional southern Chinese / HK food. Service 5/5: Great service. Never had a bad experience. Value 5/5: Great value. The prices are very affordable. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Came to new Fusion on a Saturday at 5:50pm empty and it was completely filled up when we left at 7pm. We were served promptly and ordered a shrimp cheese e-fu noodle, free range chicken and stir fried green bean. Food came fast and hot typical Chinese restaurant and servers were nice. Food was a tad salty but overall a great dining experience. Note: No dinner sets or specials when dining in at night. Giving 5 stars but overall 4.5!

I found hair in dish… First time order here and they did taste decent. I would like to leave 4stars but found hair with green bean. From flavour perspective, worth to try. But from general, would not go there personally. Just based on my own unlucky experience. Good luck

Surprise! Didn’t have a good impression when first see the restaurant, but……the food have a really good quality!! Waitress is polite, attentive and helpful. Nice recommendation for foods. Small restaurant but full of surprise. Nice.

Finally, Aurora/Newmarket has a legitimate chinese restaurant with very decently priced food. Would definitely be my go to place for chinese food when I'm craving it. - review from 2018 Update: ordered a combo plus additional fried noodles for take out and we were charged almost $15 for gratuity. I've never encountered any places that add gratuity on top of take-out orders. That's just unacceptable.

The dim sum is amazing. Be careful when ordering. The serving sizes are like your mother gave it you. Snow on mountain bbq pork bun is worth the trip and long line to get in during peak periods of 10:30 to 1 pm. Come early or later and your experience will be so much better. Reservations on peak hours cuts down wait to 30 minutes.

The dishes were hot and the portions were huge. The taste was alright and not overly salty but had different flavours that complete the dish. We got the egg and shrimp which was smooth and velvety. We also got the bitter melon which survived the delivery and crunchy!

It's so nice to find an authentic Cantonese restaurant in the Aurora area! The wide range of dishes from the menu offer such delicious choices like Hotpot and lotus root with pork. The staff are friendly and will.guide you through the menu if you ask, and the decor is very cozy and they even have a real Chinese round serving table! Try New Fusion if you want to know what real Chinese food is really about; you will enjoy the experience.

Not the best Chinese Restaurant I've been too. The food didn't really excite me or have flavour that I'm accustomed too at other Chinese restaurants. But the service was nice, quick and polite.

Best authentic HK style Chinese restaurant in Aurora. Great value, good service, fresh food. Will keep coming!
