New Brighton Park

A perfect place to come visit by yourself or family with kids and pets. Park has Kids playing area, off leash dog area, trails next to Frazer river and a great view of bridge. A really great place to plan an outing or even for just a casual walk.

I love this park! It’s well maintained with the perfect view/blend of water and mountains. I like heading here from PNE/empire fields because there is a connected walking/biking path. There are plenty of benches, a playground, a dog park, a little “beach”, a little “dock”, and a public washroom here.

Quiet, calm, many benches, separate area great for fogs

Great views, clean and accessible. We used to walk our dog here and take our child to the park. Even has a swimming pool when its warmer. Views of the mountains and the bridge a great.

Do take a walk, picnic, afternoon or whatever at sometime if in VC- trail, view very nice

Very nice park with wide open spaces and great view of the Burrard Inlet.

Wonderful Park. Perfect for family gatherings and BBQs. Great for walking dogs, flying kites, or running. There is a nice pool to cool off in the summer heat as well!!. Parking can be difficult with two small lots and street parking fills up very quickly. I would recommend arriving no later than 10:00 a.m on weekends and sunny days.

This is a good nature park for kids. They can see quite a lot at low tide and enjoy scrambling around on the rocks. Good groomed walking paths for those who are less agile.
