A flat and grassy park with lots of shady trees and benches. Plenty of spots for people to sit and picnic. There’s a children’s playground, community garden, and tennis courts nearby. There’s even a “Little Free Pantry” where neighbours can leave canned goods for others who may be having food insecurity. The free pantry movement is a grassroots, crowdsourced solution, like a local food bank. There’s a local fair in September that’s fun for local families.
What a beautiful park to relax. This place has a playground excellent for kids and families who want to spend time together. Also a big soccer field that is rather used to hang out with your dog. There are few benches where you can sit down, see the beautiful view and people wandering over.
Great park with lots of facilities. Open grass area is a great area to ay games and watch the sunset. Tennis courts are not always too crowded. Playground makes it a kid friendly park to visit.
Nice and quiet park with many nice people playing with their dogs or kids. It is an open grass space with some trees on the sides. And there is. Asmall playground for the kids to play at as well. Playground: Small nice playground Dog-friendliness: Dogs can run and play on the open grass field
Decent playground that tends to be pretty quiet compared to other spots in the neighbourhood. Toddler/little kid slide was damaged and has been removed and not replaced for several months now though. There are also swings, a spring rocker and 3 metal climbing structures. Playground surface is sand. The playground is nice and shaded on hot days and large grass field beside the playground. The elementary school right beside also provides another playground option outside of school hours. No washrooms at the park.
Thanks google for telling me to leave a review here. I’ll do it cause my fiancé and I ended up hanging out here many times- first kiss and proposal spot for us as well as many other dates!. Usually not too busy too. The daisies blooming in April/May are super pretty in the field.
Good park had a good run .
Called with an emergency they told me they could not help me for two days, then they never called me back. Do not recommend.
Good park, small but clean. Appreciate the dog toy box
Calm, and tranquil. Some people practice instruments, some people play with their dogs. I was just enjoying everything.
