Macy's

I went to have a watch band repaired/ replaced. Was told when I dropped the watch off on a Saturday that someone would contact me on Monday with a quote of what it would cost to fix the watch. I called 4 times in space of 2 weeks and visited the store twice to get a quote. On each occasion I was told to be patient and that they were backlogged and would call me. On the 5th occasion I called the rep I spoke with seems surprised no one had called me to give me the quote that was sitting there in their system for sometime. When they finally replaced the band, they replaced it with a generic band without consulting with me before hand. I only just found out about the band they place on there yesterday the day I went to pick it up. Not only am I dismayed but the band doesn't even fit. Such a disservice.

Convenient location but not the best. For a long time it looked like an outlet store, very messy and chaos. Did not return for a long time. Gave it another shot recently and the store lookeda lot better.

By the sunglasses section the cashier is Rude and some of them they shouldn’t be there working with bad attitude they should be thankful for having a job if costumes service is hiring you for a good maybe they don’t know
