National Car Rental

Cannot stress how great the folks at National are. They made sure I was in and out quickly and without any hassles. The car was clean and ran perfectly.

It was my first time using National at this location! I I usually pick up at airports with the Emerald club. The guys at the front desk were amazing! Friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about their product. Great service! Hard to come by these days. Even without Emerald Aisle, I received the car I chose online and was given my upgrade in size. I returned the car a day late with the key drop service and was happy to see I wasn’t ‘gouged’ for the price. Well done, I will be back.

I really appreciated both guy that check me in and out. I needed a satellite radio to keep up with the college and pro football and the dude that checked me in took the extra effort to find me one. Then I dropped off the vehicle about 5 minutes after closing, but, the check out dude was real accommodating. It's always nice to get good customer service!!

Horrible Management & Customer Service: We had 'booked' for a full size Sedan to be picked up early in the morning at 6:30 am before the long weekend 3 weeks before the pick-up date. However, the day before when we called to confirm the pick-up and do the paperwork, they said the car is unavailable to pick up that early and that we can probably only pick it up at 9:30 am but that he'd need to confirm that as well. At this point, he asked us to be on hold on the call as there were other customers at the store (as if we aren't one), we waited on the call for 15 odd minutes to no avail and had to hang up to try again. Mr. Cameron and Richard tried their best to be as unhelpful as possible and told us they'd get us in touch with the assistant manager for quick resolution. As expected, we were again put on hold for 10 odd minutes after which we decided to hang up and choose another rental agency to book our car. If we could give a negative rating to this agency, we definitely would, because they do a bang-up job of being unhelpful and suck at all the elements of customer service and professionalism.

Excellent rental location, i come here often and have begun to recognize several of the associates. Always friendly and professional, as i assume is their corporate policy they always offer u an upgrade or the options during the process of checkout, but ive never felt pressured or tricked. Would certainly recommend this location for anyone who needs a rental. Plus if you are in a hurry thwy are usually very quick and on drop offs i can leave keys and go and they email the receipt if u like, great bonus when im tight on time
