Discount Car & Truck Rentals Calgary

I had posted a very lengthy negative review including information on a couple of very poor experiences in the past with this branch. However, the new management called me and really made things right. My most recent truck rental was exceptionally smooth, and Surinder's customer service was outstanding. I am confident that my previous negative experiences would not have occurred if he was running the branch before.

The location manager Surinder was simply amazing from the time I rented out the vehicle to when I had returned it. After I had told him I was handicapped and needed accommodations, he was able to drop off the vehicle at my home very quickly. I did have some trouble with my insurance company but Surinder was there to help me when I had a few questions about extending my rental period. When it came to returning the vehicle he was there to help me again and I highly recommend that you go to this location because I have never experienced such a high level of customer service “EVER” from a company!

Surinder was not only extremely helpful and accommodating but he went out of his way to deal with a few changes we had to make that I know from experience no other car rental company would have done! Pleasant, enabling and professional. What more could you want! This is the place to rent a car in Calgary. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Excellent prices. Great service and super friendly staff. I had made a mistake with the dates of my booking on arrival here. But the staff bent over backwards to accommodate me. I recommend this place.
