Budget Car & Truck Rental

I visit this Car Rental almost every Friday for weekend car rental and the service at this Budget Car Rental location is exceptional. The hours are really convenient with a wide variety of car options available as per my requirements. A special shoutout to Harman, who always greets you with smile and warmth. He has been exceptionally well and considerate about the needs of the customers and helps you pick up the right car as per the need. I never have to wait long nor do I ever worry about the safety of the vehicles they provide me. Budget Fire hall and exceptional client focused delivery by Harman is seriously the reason that I always contemplate about buying a new car vs renting it from them and guess what, I am still renting the car from them!! Keep up the good work.

A very special thanks and shout out to Harman. I mistakenly showed up at the wrong location for pickup. Harman helped me figure out where I was booked and told me exactly how to get there. When I shared with him the time crunch I was in, he happily and willingly made modifications to help me pick up a rental from his location. Thanks Harman for showing awesome customer care and service. Thanks for getting me into a rental and helping me be on my way in a timely manner. Great work!

I started to rent from this location due to the proximity to my office and over the past couple of years have mostly found the service to be excellent. They always have cars available, are friendly and polite (for the most part - there is been one staff member I don’t care to deal with) and make renting a car hassle-free. I picked up a car after work the other day to run some errands in the evening and was helped out by Lam, the manager...I’ve dealt with him before and the service is always outstanding. The car I was given had the ‘check engine’ light on when I started it, which I pointed out. Without hesitating he found another car for me to take and the switch took no more than five minutes. He was chatty and personable and actually takes the time to get to know his customers, which is always nice. Happy with the service at this location, will continue renting cars here.

The service at the Calgary Firehall location is exceptional. The hours of operation are very convenient for my needs and the vehicles are always ready on time and spotless. But most important is the superb and friendly service that is provided by all staff, especially by Harman, Anny and Lam. I rent frequently for work and they always greet me by name with big smiles. If I need to call, they recognize me by my voice. I never have to wait long nor do I ever worry about the safety of the vehicles they provide me. Keep up the great work everyone!

One of the better budget locations I've been to worldwide. They are quick, efficient and cars are always in excellent shape. They are very upfront about everything and there is usually never a line up of 1-2 people. Good service here.
