Devin at Jackson Dodge was amazing at helping us find the van we needed and guiding us through everything so we knew every detail and option... It had all the options we wanted, Troy in finance got us a low interest rate and both gentlemen were just absolutely amazing to deal with and made the entire process so easy!!! I got some work done on my truck at Jackson dodge, and I must say they were amazing! The truck has never drove as good until they repaired it! The workmanship was top notch and very efficient. The staff was also very helpful , and kind hearted people. Lisa one of the service girls is the best and helped a lot at making sure things got done. Overall I would say they have an awsome team and great quality. I would definitely refer anyone I know to go to Jackson dodge for any kind of service/ issue they might have.

Just bought a 2017 Ram 1500 and couldn't be happier. The staff at Jackson Dodge made the process easy and painless. Especially Andrew who never made me feel pressured like you do at some dealerships. I was at the lot 2 months before my purchase and Andrew spent about 30 min talking to me and understanding exactly what I needed in a vehicle and recommending the truck he did. And after my purchase he contacted me to make sure everything was ok. This was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and will definitely be a repeat customer.
