Been coming here for a long time and they never disappoint. Meal is delicious. Atmosphere is serene. Drink as much as you can from the vending machine. Bathroom is always clean. Seats are comfortable and overall, prices are affordable.  Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and would definitely have a good time.  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and vehicle parking is available.

My order was 1 chicken sandwich 2chicken wrap 3garlic bread & 4Peri Peri fries. Chicken sandwich looks good and taste good. Chicken wrap was not grilled so I was slight disappointed but it’s my mistake too that I didn’t tell them to grill but overall taste good and medium in size. Peri Peri fries and garlic bread are awesome. The lady who was working on the counter was bit rude so she has to learn how to talk with the customer but I don’t wanna give less rating only because of her so it’s 4/5.

Chicken is juicy and tender. We drenched it with the medium garlic peri peri available on the counter.  Overall, the restaurant is clean and the tip of the sauces and clean which is a huge plus  The double leg is on the smaller size but flavourful!!!!  We will surely return when we have our Portuguese chicken cravings. A better location of nandos compared to the ones near heartland

Edit update 2021: I used to celebrate most of my birthday dinners here. But this location has gone down. They hire people with no soul and no customer service really bordering on rude when asked for Vaccine status and certificate. Visited on a chilly fall day and the heat wasn't even working. Guests in the restaurant kept their jackets on to try and enjoy a meal. The floor had food all around and didn't look like they care to sweep it.  Waited for about 20 minutes between ordering and getting food on the table, all the while freezing. We were really contemplating on just getting it all packed and leave at that point. They had two of the sauces bottles on the table garlic and hot and when I asked for the extra hot sauce, I was told they don't serve those anymore. I probably have more Nando's sauce at home than they do at the restaurant. The chicken came and was dry - not drizzled in the sauce you choose as it used to be. The casa salad had no dressing at all.  I'm sure the restaurant has changed ownership since the pandemic or before because the quality of food, ambiance and customer service all went really down.  Overall a very bad experience.

Disappointed in portion sizes, the food was over-priced for the quantity and quality. Dishes were cold, the rice was dry and hard, which gave us the impression that it was old. The chicken was dry and lacked flavour.

Taste of the chicken was hands down amazing.Impressed by the taste and how early my order arrived after ordering but disappointed by the overall cleanliness and management of the staff.I went there at the peak rush hour but still I was there for over 1 hour.2 tables next to me were full of dirty dishes when I arrived and remained such for the next 40 min. Had to remind the staff 3 times about the missing items in my order.Although they were quick to respond but were so overwhelmed with takeout orders that they were unable to pay full attention to the dine in guests.Full marks to their effort but I believe there should have been more staff onsite to deal with the peak hoyr rush to smoothly run the proceedings.Coming to desserts, cheesecake was tasty, portugese custard tarts not so much!

We mourned the day when many Nando's restaurants have to close, leaving only a few survivors in GTA. I never left Nando's unsatisfied. There is always a reason to get back and eat there again.  You can have the Portuguese chicken in any way you'd like, but I like the Double Legs with lemon and herb. On the side, I'd choose the medium peri-peri sauce with garlic, which is great with their spiced rice and mashed potatoes as well. You can easily choose another sauce bottles from the counter, which the attendants always try to keep them refilled.

I bought the Full Pack a few times. The quality is sometimes really good, but other times a miss.  I tried the new Halloumi Sticks but was disappointed as it was not Chunky but thin as crepe. In no way should this cost $8.79 + tax. I took a pic next to a tissue box for size reference.

This is my Friday night go to place. The staff is always friendly and attentive even though it tends to get really crowded after 7pm. The food has always been fresh and delicious.

Nanos is always a great spot to grab a bite. I didn't try take out from this location so I can't speak on that but the staff is friendly and the service is good. Next time I'm in the area I'll make sure to hit up this spot
