If mediocrity was a store, this would be it. The fountain drink was nice and concentrated. Their fries were tasty as well. The chicken was not spicy and I heard someone else also complain about it while I was there. Out of my 10 piece meal we found 3 pieces to be fresh and juicy, 2 were very dry and the biscuits were basically reconstituted cat litter. My experience was very mixed and I will not be returning to this location. They're not busy enough to be serving fresh chicken unfortunately Be vary of the reviews as they offer a free can of Pepsi for reviews which may skew the ratings

Great location with very nice owner and staff. Food has always been consistent, unlike other fast food chains where sometimes its good and some times it's not. Price's are on the higher end compared to competitors, but they have good daily deals, and the food is much better than others like Popeye's and Mary Brown's even if they are slightly cheaper. I would recommend the following: - Chicken sandwich $6.49 on Wednesdays, this is one the best sandwich/burgers, it is on a Cibatta bun like the old Popeye's Sandwich used to be - Bone in chicken many deals on this - Sauces like honey garlic, bbq, etc.

Usually they are okay, giving 4 stars due to mishap with my last order where my app based order was missed by the store staff and was asked to wait when I reached 20 mins after I placed my order. Also, after waiting 10 more mins to get my order I was told there was another 10 mins wait for biscuits though I was offered additional fries instead of waiting which I opted for. Generally the food is good and staff is nice. Not sure why they always have the washroom out of order.

Bad service… don’t know customer service. Don’t get out of their way to make customer happy. I found out after i order the regular price about their deals. And they told me the chicken is in the fryer already. What’s the difference with the chicken. They just have to refund me with the difference of the amount. Just don’t know how to calculate or do the job to correct it. Sad, i did’nt force but i know they should accomodate the changes. Not happy….just saying. In Popeyes no question ask. They will even give free drinks or chicken to cover the deals that they should offer to customer as an option. U know….

Very bad experience, placed order over phone & once reached there for pick up the locations was closed. We saw 2 girls was locking the front entrance with garbage bag in hand & left the place. I was there with my family, I can't understand what the staff has done. Closing time was 10pm, we place order at 7:40 pm & reached there at 8pm. Pathetic

Absolutely disgusting food. Bunch of students making the worst sandwiches i have eaten in my life. Not once but twice got super hard chicken and the kids couldn't swallow it. I have serious concerns about the hygiene of their kitchen and doubt its halal anymore.

Terrible service, very disappointed with the owner Yasir and 2 employees laqveen and arsh, food was stale and terrible ordered chicken strips… didn’t take ownership of their problems… I am a diabetic patient and didn’t acknowledge when I told them that I need to eat… highly recommend that never go there

Halal fried chicken place. Fried chicken sandwich is the best with fries. Freshly made. Staff is friendly too. Not too crowded. Nice place for a quick bite. Reasonable prices

Every time I have gone to this place it has gotten worse and worse. First time it was actually quite decent, I wasn’t amazed but it was good. Second time it was significantly worse, the food didn’t taste great and they got my order wrong. The third and the last time I tried this place I was very disappointed. They gave me my food within 2 minutes of ordering and on first bite the sandwich was literally cold, so I went back and told them that exactly. To which the lady working the front grabbed the bag and went in the back for a couple of mins and came back with the same bag. I thought they might have just switched the sandwich with another one but no, all she did was reheat it in the microwave for 30 secs. Absolutely unprofessional service and terrible food, that’s the best way to describe quik chik.

This is fourth time I visited this store. Food is good but overall service it's not satisfactory. Every time I went there washroom closed.so I have to go next door for cleaning my hands.its not really good eat one place and clean your hands next door. So I hope management will take further action. Thanks
