Very friendly staff- London had a long waiting period, so I booked here. It was recommended I came in 15 minutes earlier, and I was helped within 5 minutes. The staff is incredible- the receptionists are not rude, so kind. I had a lady forgot her name who was so sweet and took her time in ensuring we got a good ultrasound done. Very clean- very efficient. Would definitely be back!
Appointment for ultrasound was right on time and technician was polite and professional.nWasn’t able to get my X-ray done at the same time however they were able to accommodate me a few days later. The X-ray experience was amazing. The technician was very helpful and explained exactly what was needed.nI would highly recommend WELL Health for any diagnostic testing.
So I had to do my ultrasound here because London had a 3 months waiting period whereas here in Milton it was 1 week. I drove almost 2 hours to get here for this appointment. From here on out EVEN if London had an appointment for me the same day…I will call and book here in Milton and drive the two hours. The staff here are fast and unbelievably friendly. I was struggling to hold my bladder and the reception went to ask the technician if she could take me before she takes her lunch break. They were all so nice and respectful. Easy access to parking and the building. Bathrooms on both floors and very efficient! Thank you guys!!!!
I am delighted to share that the staff at MyHealth wellness centre Milton locationare such amazing individuals. I did two x-rays and an ultrasound on two different days. My experience on both days were wonderful.nnThey made me feel safe and comfortable. The facility was super clean. I had no appointment for the X-rays but did for the ultrasound, and both days the waiting times were minimal.nI do recommend them to everyone in need of the services offered. You will not be disappointed.
No wait time. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and I was taken in for my examination immediately. The technologist was extremely polite, sweet and explaining in detail what would be done in the exam. She guided me what is to be done next once one step of the examination gets completed. She would patiently wait for me and understand every time I faced any discomfort. Thank you very much for a safe and quick experience.
