Never expected from this location. I ordered wheat-grass juice double shot. I know it is hard to juice wheatgrass but I doesn't not mean you use short cut to fill the cup. The girl working there sprayed lot of water in the juicer to fill the cup. It was like 60% water and %40 juice. I strongly recommend to the manager of store please trained your staff.
I don’t recommend this place. First of all I ordered the orange cream it was a small sized cup, tasteless and mostly filled with ice for $9!!! Not worth it at all! I could have made better at home. When I saw the price I thought it would be much bigger and have something worth the $9. Was it gold plated for that price? Unfortunately no gold found.
I ordered an açai bowl and it was watery and had a huge chunk of ice in it. The smoothie was good though. The service and quality control at this location needs significant improvements.
I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience at this Booster Juice branch. Today’s encounter was particularly disheartening, especially considering my infrequent visits to this particular branch.nnWhile placing my order, I witnessed a concerning incident unfold. The staff member preparing my juice accidentally dropped something into the blender and proceeded to retrieve it using her bare fingers, neglecting to wear gloves. This blatant disregard for hygiene and food safety left me greatly concerned.nnUpon politely requesting a remake of my drink due to the hygiene issue, I was met with resistance and a dismissive attitude from the staff member. Despite expressing my discomfort with consuming a beverage prepared in such a manner, my concerns were not taken seriously.nnAdding to the frustration, when I sought assistance from another staff member and requested to speak with a manager, I was met with further hostility. I was denied any contact information for submitting a formal complaint, which is unacceptable.nnFurthermore, when I requested a refund, the initial amount refunded was only $9. Despite my objections, the staff member insisted on trusting her colleague’s version of events , she clearly said I trust her without even seeing her, without verifying the situation. It was only after persistent insistence that I received a full refund, albeit with harsh words and a rude attitude.nnWhat further compounded the issue was the admission by the staff member herself that she had indeed dipped her fingers into the blender, despite her colleague’s denial. Her excuse that she “didn’t dip it all in” is unacceptable and does not justify her actions.nnIn conclusion, my experience at the Booster Juice branch fell far short of expectations. I urge management to take immediate action to address these issues, uphold proper hygiene and customer service protocols, and ensure appropriate behavior from staff members. Customer satisfaction should be a top priority, and steps should be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.nThis incident took place today Thursday the 21 of March at around 8: 12 pm.
Poor customer services, never met anyone at this location who actually smiles to greet a customer. It’s almost like the staff doesn’t want the customers to come and doesn’t seem like the owner cares about the feedback either. Only thing going for them is the location, it’s only matter of time before other options become available.
