As much as I hate to do this, these guys need to be a bit more careful when driving company cars. I was exiting the highway at 3:25pm on Wednesday may 22nd 2024 and someone in their company car proceeded to force his way into my lane while right beside me. This caused me to have to swerve into the next lane while there was a car beside me as well. This careless driving could have caused a major accident, I wonder how careless their work is if something even a 17 year old new driver like myself can call out as a dangerous move and just frankly rude action. After honking my horn several times trying to alert the driver I was beside him, I also made eye contact with the guy so I know he saw me he still proceeded to squish me. Just based on this interaction I can already tell their work and customer service is undesirable. I will attach a photo of the vehicle as well. I don’t wish for this guy to be fired, but maybe give him a driving lesson or two. This incident could have left me and other people in an accident and injured all while he’s in a company car. I don’t want to tank the reviews just based on this incident as that just would be bad faith but I also would like this driver to learn and see what they could have caused and how they could damage the reputation of the company with reckless driving. Drive safe, and I hope this company can provide driving lessons for this gentleman.
Awesome team and fantastic workmanship! Can't recommend these guys enough...they did an amazing job at our place. Concrete poured one day...couple days later once concrete set shed was installed in one day. Special thanks to Rick, Sam and Matt. Keep up the great work!
Rick and his team did an amazing job doing the wood work in our backyard. Last year we did a pool and a complete backyard update and Gerrick Carpentry was the third party contractor selected by our pool company. The workmanship was outstanding and the workers were friendly and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They absolutely stand behind their work.
Came to are house back in June and Installed a pergola and had to remove some of are inter-locking stones after completing this we realized that they put one of the stones upside down plus when finished and also dumped there left over water with some concrete still in it in front of are house on the street near my neighbours and my property line after 5-6 phone calls and broken promises to come back they fail in customer satisfaction and work ethics and now I wish that never used them now and today is September 15 and not a returned phone call even now have to pay another company to fix there mistakes plus my rake has gone missing after they left it's way over -priced we got burned! This is happening a lot these days with covid everyone so stressed out but still we are senior citizens we shouldn't be treated this way period so Buyer Beware!
Great group of guys. Professional, courteous and quick! Recommend to anyone looking for custom carpentry work.
