I really pissed off today… My wife called the Holy Clinic as our kids are sick for the last 10 days and we really meed them to be checked by some doctor. My wife called to book an appointment this morning and the receptionist told her that we cannot book an appointment for walk-ins but we are open till 4pm … i personally reached here with my kids at 1:50 pm and really pissed off to see that receptionist is now saying we cannot take walk-in now…. Still 2 more hours for climic to close and we cant see even a single patient sitting in the waiting area…. I told here and that my wife called a while ago for appointment and you told her that you are not booking we can walk-in … i requested her that i really want to see the doctor as my kids are suffering for last 10 days and due to work we are unable to get them checked and requested to please ask the doctor to see them and advise…. They just ignored and not helping us …. VERY DISAPPOINTING
Doctors are nice but the wait times are ridiculous. They leave you waiting and do not care about how long you wait. Typical wait times are 1-3 hours. They just throw you in a room and forget about you until you go to remind them several times. Extremely unprofessional. Even if you book an appointment you get the same horrible treatment. The clinic is also super dusty and dirtynDo betternnAt least give the option to call the patient by phone before it’s their turn so that they’re not stuck for an hour not knowing when their turn will be when they have an appointment.
My parents had great experience from this clinic. We transferred our family doctor to this clinic. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
I have always had a wonderful experience with the team here, doctors as well as front office staff. My special thanks to Ms Rana who is extremely professional and supportive to patient request , her promptness in responding to queries has saved my time and helped me get quick appointments. I’m grateful to the entire team at Holly medical clinic and Pharmacy for all the hard work that you all do.
Awful clinic, terrible admin staff and even worse system. They will send you an appointment for your family doctor to go over results, then they will say it was a phone appointment even though no where did it say that. And then they'll tell you that you have to wait an hour because the doctor is doing walk ins... But the moment you show any form of frustration about your child's health, they'll get defensive and take zero accountability. Shouldn't an appointment THAT THEY REQUESTED be seen within a reasonable amount of time from the appointment time? Disgusted with these people
