The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and helpful. One of the receptionists was unprofessional with me once over the phone in the manner in which she pushed for a particular time to reschedule my appointment, not taking no for an answer until after I insisted. Must be having a bad day but not professional. Otherwise great experience.

I wanted to thank Dr. Hind for her excellent referral to LifeMark. Not only were my therapists there professional and competent, they were also friendly and fun! I did not feel awkward or unwilling to ‘ try ‘ at all.

I am a patient at My Family MD and find it very difficult to get an appointment. This has resulted in my not seeing a doctor when I am in pain and procrastinating on getting on with finding out what is wrong and getting help.

The staff is very friendly, never had a problem booking an urgent appointment. Their after hours clinic has saved me a few times from sitting at a Hospital ER for minor issues. Highly recommend it. Dr.Lee is very detail oriented, and very caring. Never felt like she has to rush me so she can get to the next patient.
