Book an appointment, show up on time, get in on time... hardly any waiting... this place is run the way all doctors offices should be. Amazing example of excellence!!!

My visit with doctor Mcgee felt very rushed. Seems as if she didn't really care for my concerns..every since then I have avoided going in and just recently switched doctors.  er and rather go to walk in clinch

i have been going to this clinic for the last 5 years or so. mainly because it is impossible to find a suitable physician these days. however, i'd say that the staff here are probably the most disgruntled looking bunch i've ever met. they are rude and curt with patients. receptionists are sometimes on personal calls and will ignore a patient standing there to check in. the receptionist i usually deal with never looks up from her computer screen and couldn't look anymore like she wanted to be anywhere but there. she doesn't even smile when patients come in to greet them. the set up of the clinic is designed with efficiency in mind and they do achieve this but it feels like the maintenance of such is poorly done. everytime i call in, i am immediately put on hold--sometimes for 5+ minutes. there has never been an instance where i am able to immediately speak with the receptionist and they always want to drop the information and go. doctors here are hit and miss. the one i usually go to is nice but really not thorough. when going through my recent appointment for a strange viral infection, she asked fewer questions than the telehealth nurses did; she simply said "anything else you can tell me". but as a non-medical professional, how am i supposed to know what is relevant or not?  this is not a sudden change of character but rather a persistent symptom of this location. i wouldn't recommend anyone to go here if they wanted to maintain their self-respect.

My wife and I have had wonderful service, advice and care from Doctor's Khan and McGhee. They are fact based and use the most recent research to weight the odds - recommended.

I'm so tired, but if ever you could find a better Doctor than Dr. Lee you would be hard pressed. Her caring passion is complementary beautiful soul.  I mean it! you would be be few and far between to find a more kind heartened Doctor!! I hope you stay with Wellpoint!  or let me know as I will follow ;-  She's so great!

I called in hopes of finding a family doctor and the receptionist was very rude - "What do you need?" "I'm looking for a family doctor." "What doctor?" "I don't know, I am a new patient and I just need a family doctor." "Well we aren't accepting anyone." "Okay....." All the while she was on speaker phone moving around so I could barely understand what she was saying but the tone was rude and unprofessional.

I was setup with Dr. McGee through Health Care Connect when I was looking for a family doctor in Toronto. She is always very welcoming, answers all the questions I have and makes sure I understand what is going on. The Intern working with her and one of the other doctors is also the best. As an intern, she can spend more time with me because she's not under as much pressure. And, dr Mcgee will come in, get the run-down of what my problem is, ask the intern what they think the best course is, and will explain, in front of me, why she would or wouldn't do that. It feels great to be let in on that conversation.

Very efficient same day appointments. Great location within downtown Toronto steps from the subway.

Worst clinic ever,bad service. I won't recommend it to anyone.
