Our first visit to Kidcrew this week was great. We had fast booking, an efficient wait time under 10 minutes and a fantastic doctor. Despite having our own amazing pediatrician, we wouldn’t hesitate to return again when in need. It’s quite an amazing service. Many appointments available and so fast! Our experience was smooth and easy. Would recommend to anyone.
The quality care is number one at kid crew. The office is welcoming, warm and bright, and the doctors and the nurses are professional and caring. The response time and virtual care access is absolutely incredible. As a first time anxious parent, the confidence I feel when I book a virtual care appointment and someone writes back to me via email same day or next day is a dream come true. The administrative team works around the clock which in my opinion is next level health care service, considering the demand with virus’s going around. I admit I am a needy parent because I worry so much about any little thing. The doctors never criticize my concerns no matter how big or small. Also, I’ll never forget walking in two days postpartum, immense brain fog and post birth shock and raw pain from a c section birth, Dr. Dina, picked up on my state, held my baby and took over holding him and being loving a sweet to him while assessing his growth. I was extremely emotional and exhausted, and she really took a lot of the weight off me for what can feel like a very overwhelming experience for your first time appointment. I was alone due to covid and I’ll just never forget how comforting it was to feel everything was taken care of and I was encouraged that everything was going well. She told me I was doing a great job, and new moms hear this so differently when it comes from a doctor. I’m so grateful for that day! If you’re considering Kidcrew, you are in excellent hands.
Our first visit to Kidcrew was so seamless and fun. My 4 year old son instantly felt comfortable with the staff and Dr Wee. We drove from East York for our appointment and would do it again!
I am forever grateful for everyone at Kidcrew. We have been patients for almost 7 years. They were always very accommodating and helpful, staff is always friendly, offices are always clean, waiting area is well kept too. My children love coming to the office. even for standard vaccinations, nurses are always wonderful - we always leave with my kids saying "that wasn't as bad as I thought it would be". During covid, I know a lot has changed, and understandably so. I am extremely grateful to still be able to book same day/next day virtual appointments when my kids are sick. I have had many times where I have called feeling unsure about how to handle certain illnesses, and if their pediatrician isn't available, someone always calls back and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed, I always feel listened to, and an action plan is always in place. Thank you to everyone at Kidcrew for the always great care !
We love kid crew! Friendly and efficient staff. During the pandemic, staff and medication shortages, and this flu season, they had bad days, but with feedback, they have seen the problems and are working to improve the clinic. The pharmacy addition was well needed and so convenient! Overall, we are getting the best care for our children! Our superstar is Dr. Simone, we just trust her well educated opinion and love how she really cares!
The quality of care and the professionalism of the staff is incredible. The administrative staff is very responsive and helpful. They always find solutions even for last minute appointments. I feel that my three children are in very good and caring hands with our pediatrician. Dr. Stern always took the time to explain the situation and answer any of our questions. It really helped our family during the past five years to have amazing professionals like Dr. Kulik and her team at our side. I would recommend Kidcrew Pediatric Medical Clinic without any hesitation.
Thank you so much to kids crew for the help when my kids were sick. Appointments were made quickly after being requested. Every doctor I have dealt with have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have also been so kind and caring. The doctors listened to my concerns and helped out right away!
We have loved and trusted Kidcrew. The facility is very clean and welcoming and the staff have always been knowledgeable and accommodating. We never felt rushed or ignored during our appointments, which meant a lot for us as new parents. Highly recommend.
Dr. Dina Kulik is my children’s pediatrician for the last five years and we couldn’t be more happier with her care. She is an incredible doctor and extremely knowledgeable. The staff at Kid Crew are really friendly and kind and the clinic is always clean. I am so grateful for Kid Crew and the amazing doctors and staff!
I’ve used virtual appointments a few times now and each time I was able to get an appointment within 24 hrs. Sure beats waiting in an ER or Walk-In clinic with a sick toddler! Each time the team was incredibly efficient in getting back to me and the doctors where all very professional and ensured all my questions where answered. I truly appreciate having this service available and thank the team for all they do to help our little ones.
