Le Musée vous invite à découvrir la Maison Le Ber-Le Moyne, une exposition d’art actuel et un jardin de sculptures contemporaines.

Le Musée est actuellement fermé au public. Réouverture : printemps 2018.

En bordure du fleuve Saint-Laurent, à 10 km du centre-ville de Montréal, l'art contemporain et l'histoire sont intimement liés. Le Musée de Lachine regroupe le site patrimonial Le Ber-Le Moyne et une collection archéologique classée, des bâtiments du 17e siècle ainsi qu'un jardin de 50 sculptures contemporaines d'envergure : le Musée plein air de Lachine. Le Musée propose aussi une gamme d’activités qui susciteront votre intérêt et vous feront vivre une expérience originale.

Nice little museum with a lot of history. The descriptions and guides are all in French. There is some interesting sculptures on the grounds nearby.

Nice museum that is free of charge. Interesting to see old artifacts from various time periods of Montreal's history. Parking is $1.50/hour but we found a free place to park on Rue Lyette.

Worth a stop. Tells the story of the area's importance in the fur trade. (i.e. the European settling of what would be known as Canada)

I've only walked through the exterior grounds and viewed the sculptures. Very nice cut out of the condo village.

I've only ever looked st the stuff outside.... but there are some nice prices of art and history. Like an old mile stone marker for distance to montreal
