Musée de l'Holocauste Montréal

Story

The Montreal Holocaust Museum educates people of all ages and backgrounds about the Holocaust, while sensitizing the public to the universal perils of antisemitism, racism, hate and indifference.

Products

A part of history without any censoring is shown there and it is not for sensible person. The exposition can easily take up to 3 hours because of all the available artifacts, interview and stories. A sad but necessary museum everybody should visit once.

Very moving for adults, but hard for our 9 year old to engage. She was interested, but the volume of written text was geared more to older ages.

A true hidden treasure. The memorial is very educational and focuses on the resilience of the Jewish community. It reaches visitors on multiple fronts providing an individual iPad, display cases, group videos, and informational text. This is a must do.

The tickets are cheap but sone Sunday's are free. Call and inform urself.
