Out of every Mucho I have been to this is by far my favourite. The food is always perfect. The owner and staff make the restaurant that much more welcoming with their friendly attitudes. Love this place!

Food is decent, but the manager is rude. This is not the first time this has happened and my wife and I would really appreciate it if the woman who seems to run the place adjusts her behaviour in front of customers. (We’ve literally never seen her smile) The manager is always stingy with toppings and reminding about extra costs, but this time she yelled at her staff several times from across the floor to remind them to charge for my wife’s guacamole. We have no issues paying for our food and don’t understand how this adds anything positive to either the staff or our experience in the restaurant.

Decided to try the new burrito bowl. It was good. A little on the pricey side when you add the guacamole. What I don't understand is that it's an extra charge if you order the chicken bowl, but included if you order the veggie bowl. Why not have it included across the bass, an charge extra for meat if you want it? Anyway, I'm being picky. The amount in the bowl was enough to feed my wife and I. Admittedly we're not huge eaters. It satisfied our appetites, and the heat level on the medium salsa was just right. Got a loyalty card, as I can see us returning next week. I'm intrigued about the other reviews on how this place is stingy. My I went when there as different staff? I will try out different locations and compare. Overall though, I satisfying experience!

Was hard to give it more than 2 because it was tasty and fresh. However, the small costs almost 10 after tax, that's insane. Plus they want $1.50 for guac now?! Hahaha what's happening to this world?

A much healthier choice than the neighbouring burger joints and the staff at the Barrhaven location are awesome. Super friendly and welcoming.
