The food is ok at best. The tacos and quesadillas didn't have a lot of fillings. Half the rice in the burrito was still hard, like it wasn't properly reheated. If you ever had leftover rice in the fridge, you'll know what I mean. The service is hit and miss at this location. Sometimes it good, but today I had to wait a while. There were people behind the counter, but it seems like only one person is allow to serve the customers. I realize this is basically Mexican fast food, but for what they charge, I expected better.
I'm going to be real honest. I love Mexican food and the burritos at mucho burrito are pretty good. I used to go multiple times a week and order. However, I almost never go now. The inconsistency drives me nuts. I pay for a large burrito and expect to get the same amount of protein every time but they sometimes give me a lot and sometimes give me literally half of what's normal. Then if I ask them to fix it they look at me like I'm crazy. Sorry but no, I know what the proper serving size is because I go so often. It truly felt like they were skimping on ingredients to save themselves cost. Well, that basically lost you a regular customer sorry to say. It's a shame because I appreciated the manager there.
The service was best . The guy with turban was really humble and polite. All staff was very cooperative. Food was food .

Aman was very nice and helpful. She helped us to order as it was our first time. I really appreciate her customer service skills. Look for aman at this location she is super sweet
Prices are a little high but the food is good as well as the service. Basically subway but for Mexican food
We ordered veggie bowl yesterday, first they said they did not received any ordered for veggie bowl. The moment we showed them receipt then they agreed. I am attaching picture of what we received they used to pack food very nicely but now their standard is going down day by day.
So, I ordered a salad today and was very excited to finally eat. I opened the box and there was nothing but sauce and toppings. Barely any salad or chicken. I paid ~$15 I got guac for sauce and a small handful of lettuce? It tasted mediocre but I will not be ordering from here again. I will drive the extra 25 mins to Chipotle it's a bit cheaper too next time. Here is a photo of all my salad pushed to one side of the box. Huge disappointment.
Been twice and have not experienced any problems. The food looks fresh and tastes fresh, I’ve seen them cooking in the back as well as prepping veggies.Recommended dishesBurritos
Ordered the mucho. Was finally able to finish it it’s huge. The quantity of protein and the sauces are okay but overall its really good.
