Well marked and easy to find. Trails are grommed  gravel, great for kids and jogging strollers. Views of chilliwack and up the valley are great.

Ryder Lake's destination for hikers who want to see Chilliwack from its peak. View sunsets Cultus Lake and all points west. Several start points. Short hike to longer steeper trek.

If you are looking for a short hike to start off with, this one is a good one.  Takes about 20 minutes to walk up to the summit, it's not too steep and the view from the top is amazing (you get the whole Valley spread out bellow you and can see from Cultus to the Fraser).
