Chilliwack General Hospital

I had to have the visit ER quite a bit in this hospital and I’m so grateful for their help every worker in the ER from Dr. Turner nurses and the helpers do a marvellous job. I am surprised why people are so unfair in writing unfair comments these are also human beings and they care hunters of people and they also have heart. I would especially like to mention today’s visit with Doctor Who and Scott the registered nurse to great care of me and I was watching them not only me they were looking after everyone I did not see them sitting for a minute. They were all running, and I was in the ER for acute inflammation and some ongoing issues and they took great care of me, but I could see them really taking great care of everyone. I really appreciate thank you so much God thank enough.

No one wants to have to go to the emergency room, but if you have to, go here. The wait is usually a consistent 4 hours - nothing if you've ever been to Abbotsford where you might be waiting for 9 or 12! I have been to this emergency room twice, and both times intake treated me well, the waiting room was clean and nurses were busy but effective. The doctors both times listened to my issues, did necessary tests and were able to diagnose me and send me on my way with a treatment plan. I feel no anxiety thinking about whether I'll need to have another visit because I know they'll do a good job.

I came in to the Chilliwack Hospital with an injury to my upper arm. My nurse was named Christie, she put me in a room right away and positioned the bed so I was extremely comfortable. She brought me pain meds to alleviate my discomfort and had me in X-rays even before I had the chance to see the Dr.As I waited for the physician I observed her interactions with patient after patient and the manner she went about everything was done with such kindness and effectiveness I was blown away. I listened to her voice and how attentive she was to everyone’s needs. She seemed to really care about her patients wellbeing. She was working just as hard if not harder than the drs themselves. I feel truly blessed to have had her as my nurse she boosted my spirit and really made me feel like I was important. I wanted to say thank you for everything. Every hospital she have more nurses like Christie….

arrived at Chilliwack Hospital at 5:25 AM in a lot of pain, with my husband by my side. From the moment we walked in, the care I received was exceptional. The receptionist was welcoming and compassionate, the nurse was incredibly kind, and the doctor was absolutely outstanding. Thanks to their skill, patience, and dedication, my pain is now gone.nI am truly grateful for these hardworking people who give so much of themselves to help others. I salute you — thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was admitted to the hospital for a severe symptom that disabled me to walk on both my feet. I was also at the very urge of collapsing due to the weakness I was feeling all over my body. All the staff Doctors, Nurses, nurse assistance were absolutely amazing. They took good care of me and provided every support I needed when I asked for help. Doctors were very knowledgeable and provided proper guidelines on the symptoms I have and swiftly did their jobs to give me the right treatment. I called 911 before I was admitted to the hospital and the paramedics that took me out of the vehicle were very careful and did an amazing job keeping me warm and always minimized the pain I was going through. I cannot thank enough how helpful everyone was in this hospital. I wish them nothing but great health and success in their careers. Thank you to the doctors and nurses and everyone else who helped get me back on my feet. Thank you
