The groomers did a fantastic job on my border collie this week. I forgot that he was white until I picked the little bugger up. My pup loved them and they did a great job (Hillary was our gal). I’ve even added a before and after shot so you can see first hand his transformation from a cream coloured street dog to a fluffy, white regal dog. You guys rock!

Friendly and helpful staff with everything needed to get your pets happy. Bring your pup in with you and introduce them. or check the kitties. Hey look at the fish if that's your thing. Excellent display arrangements.

Rented a Bissell carpet cleaner from this location, unfortunately the tools you pay extra $5 for and they didn't work for me. One of the tools was the incorrect size for the hose and the other hand tool did not squirt water, only had suction, they would not refund the 5 dollar tool rental. They said I had to call in when I first found out about the problem, the thing is I was going to use the tools to do the finishing touches before I returned it, so it would have been a couple hours before I returned it when I found they didn't work. I didn't call, so no refund on the defective tools. I know it is only 5 dollars, it`s just that the 5 dollars was spent for nothing. It`s about the principle. Otherwise the machine worked great and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Took my schnauzer dog into get groomed and when I went to pick him up it’s like they didn’t cut or trim very much off. The ears had not been trimmed nor the buttox/tail. I’ve taken him to get his cut there before and it was good but this visit was very disappointing. Will probably not go back.

Location is good. Friendly staff. Usually in and out to grab dog food. Love that there's other dogs in there. Get to see some beautiful breeds and the occasional pup.
