Staff are very friendly, prices are fine. Dog baths are great! $10 gets you bath, shampoo, towel, and air dryer (if your dog can tolerate it). All self serve, but a great deal overall.

Very consistently friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Large store with a great selection of products. Self serve dog wash is always available unlike some locations. Best Bosley’s we’ve been to!

Just visited after a dog park run, was to buy few more cans and let my dog have some water there because they usually prepare a bowl. Today nothing there, I asked a girl to provide water, she said if it’s not there, then we don’t have it. OK fine, so I lined up to pay for can food, a long line up, a girl was busy at cashier to resolve customers’ issues; the girl who told me did not have water for my dog stood at the other cashier, and I asked her if able to run cashier for me, she said NO, she’s off! Wow, really ? No water for dog, didn’t try to get a bowl for dogs and didn’t try to help customers to run a transaction. Eventually I stayed at long line up and paid and asked another girl who was helping the long line up about water for my dog, she went back to get the water bowl! So, the other girl who told me “ if it’s not there, then we don’t have it” is a lie, really disappointed.
