Mr.Mozzarella

Extremely disappointed. I show up when the pizza is supose to be ready and they haven't even started making it and there's no customers. I get home and kids each take a bite and refuse to eat anymore and frankly I couldn't blame them. Charged me $32 for one pizza that got fed too our dogs. I'll definitely not buy from this store again.

Having never had their pizza before I was apprehensive. No need since it was well worth the money. I'll go back

I usually get my food delivered from Mr Mozzarella Carleton Place however today because I happened to be in the downtown area I decided to go into the store and order in-person. I have to say the store was very clean and was in a very presentable manner. The environment was very welcoming and the staff were also very welcoming and polite. After I mentioned that I usually order over-the-phone, the owner of the store, Raj, met me in-person and thanked me for being a loyal customer. He also asked me if I was happy with the service that I received thus far and if I had any suggestions for improvement. I have nothing but positive comments to say about this place. The food is amazing, the staff are kind, the deliveries have always been within a reasonable time period (I have always received my food piping hot) and my wait-time at the store was also reasonable (considering today is Saturday I did not have to wait long for my food). More than that, the fact that the store valued my opinion was very impressive. I highly recommend this place to everyone in the Carleton Place area. Thank you Mr. Mozzarella Carleton Place for the awesome food and service! Keep it up!
