Want pizza in Carleton Place or surrounding area? Use this Milano’s in Carleton Place. Boy, do they churn out a lot of great pizza. I have never been disappointed with this business. It also offers gluten free pizza too. (Good for celiac sufferers) Street parking can be tight for pick up option. It also Offers delivery but I have not used it. Tight eat in option.

We used to order milanos at least once or twice a week , within the last 7 visits we have had , there has been something wrong every single time , whether it's something missing that we paid for , or chicken missing on a salad , and sauce on subs that were clearly stated no sauce due to an allergy. Not only did we receive a phone call asking if it's okay if there's a little sauce on it , when we received the order it was drenched in sauce. If I'm going to be paying over 70$ to feed my family I expect to get what I paid for. I love milanos , but the lack of customer care and general professionalism has turned me away from this place. I don't know if it's new staff or lack of training but you guys really need to get your ### together.

We’ve ordered from Milano’s multiple times in hopes that maybe we just had bad luck with missing items from our orders previously. We decided to give them one more chance last week and not only were we missing an item from our order as per usual the “manger” could care less. Awful customer service from the manager when there is an error on their part. They offer zero resolution when you call with a complaint not even an apology. It’s unfortunate that a lack of customer service from a manager will be what stops us from ordering Milano’s ever again because their pizza is good but their management not so much.

I ordered a donair for delievery and it never showed so I called to ask if I was getting it and they hung up on me. Over all bad service

It's all about customer satisfaction and unfortunately our only experience at this location was not pleasant. We attempted to order online 2 pizzas 2 drinks it did not work so we called in for pick up with the same order. When we arrived onsite for pickup we are informed the drinks are not included. We review the price is the same and we showed them their site special but they refused to honour the price. They were more keen in arguing than honouring their advertised price and giving us 2 cans of pop... Pizza was good.
