Delmonico's

We had a wonderful time... they were one of the only Italian Restaurants open at 2 PM on a Saturday. They were wonderful in accommodating our group of 14 without advance notice. Great prices, excellent food, service, and staff!! We absolutely will be back when we are back in the Albany area for football!!!

My wife and I had heard great reviews from friends and read many positive reviews online. The customer service we received at Delmonico's was excellent. Our waitress was friendly, and attentive. The food seemed to be fresh and hot when it arrived. Their customer service that night was five star quality! However, the most flavorful part of our meal was the free bread brought to us when we were seated. My wife ordered perogies and I had the chicken marsala. Marsala wine is packed with flavor, so I'm not sure how it was possible to make chicken that flavorless. I had to load my plate with salt and pepper to force myself to eat this overpriced meal. Each entree cost $26 and the portions were extravagant, at least three servings per plate. Unfortunately, the food was so flavorless we chose not to take any of it home. This was definitely our most disappointing experience in the capital region.

Nice decor, delicious foods, with an excellent waitress. Of course it also matters who you go with. And we were with two good friends so it made the night special.

Went with a group from work and was honestly a little disappointed. Decor was great, service was good, but I had the pork chops and they were overcooked and dry. Ambiance is not, but nothing makes up for poor food.

I've been here many times and always had an excellent meal. Good food in large portions, enough to bring home for lunch the next day. Service is quick and attentive.
