Goodwill

This store has gone downhill. I just tried to purchase a pair of pants that had the half off color tag, but they weren’t ringing up as half off. The supervisor then claimed that the pants wouldn’t be sold at the tag price, so she made the price higher and then made them half off that price. The tag was intact and did not appear to be messed with, so I don’t know how else the tag would have been put on the pants. They were missing almost all of the buttons as well, so the fact she charged me more for pants I am still going to have to fix is inexcusable. Do better.

This location can be busy from time to time. I've noticed a spike in consumers coming here to buy clothes then reselling them. You have to do what you need to do, but it feels like it defeats what I consider goodwill to be for: selling used goods to those who lack solid incomes. But to each their own. Lots of great options here. Great shoes, jewelry, and many other categories. Come and check it out for yourself.nnAdvice to stubborn customers: respect the cashiers and other workers here. They're doing as best as they can. Also as of March 10th 2023, employers are still struggling to hire people and retain them. Use your phone or think positive thoughts while you wait in line. Life shouldn't be as stressful as some of y'all make it out to be.

Ash, my cashier at Goodwill today, was outstanding! Professional, friendly, and took extra care to wrap my breakable items so they’d be safe. I absolutely love this store and have had nothing but great experiences every time I shop here. Highly recommend!

Theft!!! It feels like theft when a goodwill employee in good conscience can put a $129 tag on a jar full of complete garbage jewelry? Isn't this literally praying upon people's hope? They are also screening donations and taking the best items for their online auction, where the bidding is crazy high. Thus, your donations are not making it back into the community. Goodwill has turned into greedwill, hardly a model for a nonprofit organization.

I used to love this place but between the rude dressing room attendant and the front end manager screaming at the employees, I’m no longer a fan. It’s toxic just being there. The shoppers were giving each other glances about the tone of the place. I feel bad for the employees. They will all have grounds for a lawsuit if this keeps up. Textbook toxic work environment.
