Moxies Square One Restaurant

I went to MOXIES last night to celebrate my birthday and would love to share my wonderful dining experience. I want to specifically commend the exceptional service provided by our server, Tyler. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and courteous, ensuring all our orders were handled promptly. Tyler frequently checked in on our table to make sure everything was perfect, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the service.nnI ordered the Alfredo Chicken as my main dish, along with calamari and shrimp as appetizers, while my mom had the Power Bowl. The food was mostly delicious, and my mom thoroughly enjoyed the Power Bowl. I had a minor setback with the pasta. While the flavor wasn’t quite to my liking, being pungent and slightly overwhelmed by cheese. I didn’t want to make an issue of it. Despite that, Tyler went above and beyond by informing the manager, who personally came to our table to address my feedback with genuine care and concern. The manager sincerely apologized and offered to replace the dish, but I declined as I was already full from other items. To make up for it, they graciously offered a complimentary dessert, which was a lovely gesture.nnThe way Tyler and the manager handled the situation was nothing short of exemplary, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Tyler was AMAZING, and I’d happily give her and the manager five stars for their outstanding service!nnI’ve always had great experiences at Moxie, and this visit was no different. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable!

This is pretty late, but I visited during Valentine's Day 2025. We had a reservation and got checked in quickly. Our server, Zach, was very attentive and friendly. There was a Valentine's special that we took advantage of, and I'd say it was worth it. $89 for dinner for 2 was a better deal than if we had ordered a la carte. The food was so much better than I had expected from a preset menu! I especially loved the sticky toffee pudding cake dessert. The only negative thing I have to say is that the pineapple mocktail was way too sour. We added 5 bags of sugar usually for tea/coffee just to make it drinkable.

I have always enjoyed my time at MOXIES, the service is good and the food is amazing as well. The white chocolate brownie is a must have and I Definitely would recommend having it as a sweet treat after your meal. Drinks are great too.

I visited Moxies to catch up with a good friend, and it was a great experience. The restaurant’s ambiance was cozy and warm, and the servers were welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. There were plenty of food options to choose from.nnI ordered the Chipotle Mango Chicken, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. While the prices are on the higher side, it’s worth it if you don’t mind spending a bit more. I’ll definitely visit again to try more dishes!

I want to extend my deepest thanks to Natalie for her exceptional service. Accommodating a group of 11 with limited time before we had to return to work was no easy task, but she handled it flawlessly. Not only did she manage to take our orders, serve our meals, and process payments efficiently, but she did it all with an infectious smile and genuine warmth. Her attention to detail—like ensuring our water was always topped up—really stood out. Despite the busyness of our table, Natalie made us feel completely at ease, creating such a positive and upbeat atmosphere. We all left feeling uplifted, and I just had to express how impressed and grateful we are. Thank you, Natalie!
