Update:nWe decided to give IHOP a second chance, this time the food was really tasty. I ordered spinach and mushrooms omelet and my friends ordered the avocado toast.nThe dishes were well plated and the omelet tasted fresh and well done.nThe coffee was strong and just right.nThe only downside is the service was kind of slow.nnOriginal reviewnI was waiting patiently for IHOP to open and try it because of the rave about it. So last Friday we went for breakfast around 9am, our server Di was nice and welcoming. Wennordered coffee, tea, blueberry lemon french toast and chocolate chip pancakes.nThe coffee is really good, but other than that it was really average.nIt took them almost an hour to get our orders, though the place was not full.nI'm not sure I will be coming back.

The food was amazing, we throughly enjoyed it.Ambience -5 stars.place was kept clean.kid friendly, my 10 year old was happy with his kid size hot chocolate.nWe were served by Amrit, she was very kind, knowledgable and understood our dietary needs and suggested the options for us very well.I would highly recommend her.

We were served by Mehak and she was so sweet. We were a group of 9 and she had us seated, order taken and food was served in a timely fashion. The order was taken with great accuracy unlike some other places we go to as a large group and they always mess up the order!nnOnly issue was the space was a little tight for 9 people but we managed to get some chairs. All in all, great service! Good food! Nice ambience! Glad to have a halal menu as well

Came on two separate occasions to try the new ihop! A Monday morning - Tasha was an excellent server! She offered great recommendations and was super friendly. Our breakfast came out pretty fast - the restaurant was steady busy. Tried again on a Friday afternoon for lunch - it was noticeably more busy and the food took almost 45 minutes to come out :/ seemed like quite a wait. Our server was friendly sorry forget her name but there didn’t seem to be an acknowledgment for how long the food was taking. The food itself was cooked fresh and hot. It is pricier than other breakfast places.

Summary: For the high price, and low quality, I do not recommend.nnDetails: Savory food was pretty bad. I ordered classic eggs Benedict with hash brown. Hollandaise sauce should not be mustard yellow. Hash browns were undercooked in the center and overly oily. Overall taste was lacking, only saving grace was the bacon which was fine. My table also ordered chicken and waffles, the waffles were cold and fried chicken used were like frozen, boxed chicken tenders.nnAlso, I'm pretty sure the bottles of Heinz ketchup at the table were NOT filled with Heinz as it tasted bad, too sweet to be Heinz- it was unusable so unfortunately I had no ketchup to mask the poor taste of oily, undercooked hash brown.nnWe also ordered pancakes, blueberry and cinnamon, those were nicely presented and good tasting and the only reason this review is 2 star and not 1 star.nnThe waiter seemed friendly but was not attentive in refilling our water and checking in.
