What a DUMP!! Stay away from this place. (Unless you like mold, dirt, cobwebs, bad smells, and gross bathrooms ) Doesn't even deserve 1 star. One of our party even slept in the van.

Perfect location for visiting Algonquin. Breakfast is very good, staff is nice and beds are cozy.

The travellers: Myself, my husband and our 13 yr old son on a motorcycle trip. The positive: Really liked this Motel. Cozy sized room with 2 double beds and a couch, AC, TV and cable, WiFi and mini fridge. Liked the way the rooms were decorated. Great view across the way and rather quiet, minus occasional traffic going by. The owners, Doug and Maureen, we're delightful. Very friendly and personable. Had a delicious home cooked breakfast the morning we left and a lively chat with Maureen. The restaurant they recommended for dinner the night before was a real find - authentic Polish food. Yummy! Best Perogies we have ever eaten. Sunday night buffet which allowed us to try a bit of everything! Staff was great as well. We will definitely make trips back for this food. Issues Needing Attention: There were a few areas that need improvement in our opinion - some mold on the baseboard in our bathroom, but with all the rain, not surprised. The towels were rather rough, softer ones would be appreciated. The pillows could stand to be plumper - ended up folding mine over to get decent support. The WiFi was free, but getting a decent signal was challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

the beds are a bit small. But the landlord couple are very nice.

The owners are very nice and they offer a great breakfast. We stayed at the cottage for eight person. It's made of two beds and two sofa sleepers. Unfortunately, the matress of the sofas weren't comfortable at all and you could feel the spring on your back. It would to either add some sort of cushion or change the matress.
