Food is phenomenal!nOur waitress Olivis was very attentive and friendly .nThe wings were amazing !nGreat portion sizes .nWas not fond of the music , made me want to eat and run.n10 star on the food and service.
Wish I had read the reviews before we booked. Black mold in the shower, substandard cleaning done by Ashley, toiletries were empty, bed was so uncomfortable. It was a king bed that felt like it had been slept in by one person for a year, huge valley in the middle. I didn’t pull the blankets back, we had no back up plan so I chose ignorance. Plug in air fresheners in the hallways to try to mask the smells, entrance doors do not have disability buttons, staff seem checked out. Disappointing for a Wyndham
Place looked abandoned. Was told by people to never stay there but only hotel in Renfrew. I am very disappointed at what our stay was like last night. Bed Bugs, Mold and white slime on the floor. I would’ve slept in the Wilderness and it would’ve been cleaner. DON’T STAY HERE!
Checked in around 9pm Friday night, lady bug infested room. Front desk said there were aware and never offered to move us but did credit us 50% upon check out. Had to kill over 50 bugs before finally going to sleep, they just kept coming out of the walls and cracks in window. Had it been earlier we would of left. Emailed customer service and never got a response, not even a generalized one.
It's fine, 3.5 stars, staff is friendly. Not a luxury hotel but also not trash. It's just fine.
