Motel 6 Ogden 21St Street

Have hairs on them. They don't clean their bedsheets. When I told them they said they need a few minutes to prepare the new set of sheets and will call me to get them. It's around 10pm. At 10:10pm I walked into the office. The set was on the counter three office people were chatting. Two of them sat comfortably on the couch. Very lazy people. Avoid if you can.

We arrived around 3:45 and we were issued a room. We went up it had not been cleaned and smelled of smoke in a non smoking room. We were issued a new room which was clean and smelled fine. We did not like the location but that is not your fault. I guess we get what we paid for.

I gave it a 4 star bcuz new owners and remodeling plus I am disable and smoke all smoking room was upstairs where I couldn't walk up stairs they put me in a room lower floor non smoking I still had to go outside until I Deen they had a elevator why they didn't say that in the first place

After expedia screwed up my reservation, Kevin the overnight clerk was wonderful and got us in a very full hotel. Room was clean, quiet. A.C. worked great, and we continued our trip

The most horrible hotel I stayed at!! I have stayed at so many all I choose is motel 6. Have been all over, this one is by far the worst. Dirty floors, bathroom dirty handprints all over the door frame., Dirty towels, dirty washcloths, foot prints of mud all over bathroom, and no answer when you try to call front desk. Then to top it all off no hot water, was informed that the gas had been shut off and nothing could be done. Would not give me the number to the manger, nor would let me talk to manger. Was told the employees left a message, when asked to call back so I could leave a message they said no.i wish that would have informed me the hot water was off, I would have went to the motel 6 just down the next exit!! That one was great!!! Stayed there a few times. But the worst was no feedback from manger.
