Motel 6 Niagara Falls NY

First of all, we were not greeted very nicely. We were there at 2:50 pm, 10 minutes before check-in and got "attitude" from the lady present at the front desk. She was pretty miserable. You would think we got there hours ahead the way she reacted. Not a good first impression at all. I am in a customer service-based profession and that attitude would not fly in our practice.

This recent stay was my 3rd time here. I love it! The room was spotless as usual, the staff very friendly and its location is perfect! Close to all my favourite places to shop. As a solo female traveller I have always felt safe staying here. Will definitely be back!

I'm staying here now AND WILL NEVER COME BACK! HOW hard is it on clean hair up? Hair on sheets and towels! And ants OMG if I didn't have 3 small kids sound asleep I would go sleep in my car 🙄 THE ONLY positive thing here is the girl who checked me in, very nice young woman!

The place was clean and staff was friendly the one thing i was not to thrill is the fact that the room was cleaned while we were not there instead of waiting for the end of our stay, but it was not such a big deal they made the beds and threw the garbage out and refilled with fresh towels. Other then that it was not a bad stay.

For the cost, don't bother. Very messy, hair was found on all of our linen bed and towels. Room seemed like someone had been smoking in it prior. Just a very unkept place to sleep in. I would rather spend an extra 30 to 50 dollars for a proper room near the falls knowing a company you can trust and feels like a plush hotel with all the trimmings. This is more for a high school trying to save money on an overnight stay. Sorry.
