Heard TV and conversations from the room next to mine. Bed not that comfortable. Good location and late night check in was easy. Friendly service. Free breafast

This is really a motel style place.  Room was clean but place was very busy May 24 weekend.  Good location and good price per night compared to other places close by.  

Bathroom was very small though.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They upgraded my room when they saw I had children. Our room was fairly clean but they didn't provide any conditioner only shampoo.

Looking for an affordable place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls then this is your spot. Friendly staff and clean modern rooms are what you will find here. Just a short drive from the falls it was perfect for our visit.
