What a great place!! Extremely clean, friendly and accommodating!! We made reservations at a place we thought was decent. Since we’ve never been here in Niagara Falls, NY, we pulled in and realized we made a huge mistake! We cancelled our reservations and found the Holiday Inn Express. Mandy helped us when we came in and got us a room immediately. We explained to her what had happened and thanked her for going above and beyond in helping us! The room was immaculate and the staff are amazing!! Thank you so much!! We will be back again this summer!!

We stayed here on our family vacation to Niagara Falls. We had left money in our room along with some food and our 2 year old daughters snacks. We went out for the day and when we returned all the money and food was missing. They claimed they talked with house keeping and got our money back. It's been well over a week and we have yet to see our money. As for our food and our daughters snacks they said it was all thrown away because the sink was leaking and all the food got ruined. They continued to call our room at 10 and 1030 at night waking our daughter up and we couldn't even get an apology. We have not been reimbursed for anything we lost in our stay. They have non managers calling and claiming to be managers. They are very rude and even hung up on me when I asked why the sink wasn't fixed before allowing us to stay in the room. Will never stay at this Holiday Inn again.

Excellent location, lots of dining choices around the area, almost across the street from the Niagara international airport but never heard a airplane. Hotel lobby was very clean, large seating area for the morning breakfast, although I wasn't able too use this feature as my schedule didn't allow it. The room was perfect for a king mini-suite the only complaint I had was the room wasn't vacuumed everyday, everything else was cleaned and replenished every day on my Monday though Friday stay.

I have stayed here many times. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast good, but plain.
