I was driving all the way from Ohio with my family to this hotel to visit Niagara Falls. I had made the reservation a week prior and had the email and confirmation code. I called to let the hotel know that I would be checking in last and Dave the rudest employee I have ever met said that I basically should just turn around because they don’t have any more rooms and couldn’t find my confirmation number. I asked him what about my email I had from the hotel he responded what about it, it’s still not going to make us have a room. He was so rude and unprofessional and no wondering he is working the night shift because he will needs little to know interaction with people. Like I can’t believe he even has a job. I have a bachelors degree in communications and I pride myself on being about to articulate myself well but Dave is at the bottom of the bowl when it comes to communication. He even bad talked his manager and was like “Raj won’t be able to help you he has only been here two weeks “

What a disagree. I don’t wish him well or the hotel well. Who wants to stay somewhere that has horrible customer service. I can’t wait to leave a negative comment of every site about this hotel.

The best point about the La Quinta Inn is its location. Without traffic, Niagara is just nine minutes away, and fifteen with traffic. Apart from the distance, the rooms were clean and worth the price. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel has multiple rooms with bed bugs. Management is well aware of this and is unwilling to properly handle this issue. They continue to sell rooms they know have bed bugs which is a health code violation.  Not to mention the black boxes all over the property for the mouse infestation. They overwork their employees to the point where they are sick.  And punish them for refusing to clean a room with bed bugs.  Management clearly doesn't care about the quality of this hotel, the safety of their employees or their guest. DO yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.  I have worked at this hotel for a little under a year. I have worked at many hotels with this issue and know how to properly handle the problem. Management tries to tell us what we want to hear so that we will clean the rooms thinking we are stupid. After months of not resolving the issue and the housekeeper's being afraid to bring these things home we walked out yesterday. After hearing about yet another room with bed bugs that had a family of 3  staying in it. And after management was notified we were still told to clean the room to be sold. This is unacceptable and disgusting. 
Oh and there is no maintenance on property so things aren't being fixed properly. Just thrown back together long enough to get the room sold. Toilet paper holder ripped off walls leaving holes. Tiles broken and just set back into place. Lights out everywhere. An employee went to change a light bulb and got electrocuted. Real classy guys!!

This hotel has a very nice hot tub and the pool was very clean. The hotel is only two years old. The staff are extremely friendly. Room was really clean. The breakfast was not cooked scrambled eggs and sausage. They have lots of cereal chooses and five different yogurt to choose from. The towels felt like new ones.

Nice hotel for the price. No more than 10 min drive to the falls. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful! I wish I would have gotten her name. 
Pool was a little chilly but clean. We went swimming about 9am and there were only 3 towels so I'd suggest to bring your own. 
Breakfast was average.. Good selection, clean area, staff was making sure nothing ran out. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day.
My only complaints are that the room wasn't the cleanest, there was only 1 tiny garbage can in the room, and the little bottle of soap they provide was obviously already used. The bed comforter was extremely wrinkled, dirty, and had hair all over it. It was actually pretty disgusting. I ended up stripping it off the bed and sleeping with a sheet.
